Welcome to MAPIT

MAPIT was established by David Rees in 1974 and was situated in Stockport, United Kingdom and conduct investigative research and analysis of UFO related phenomena or UAP incidents. David Rees was the editor of Skywatch Magazine (which covered all UFO matters). David ran the organisation until it was taken over by Stephen Mera in 1995. In 1996, Stephen reformed the organisation to incorporate the scientific study of anomalistic occurrences in association with UFO Incidents. A much wider range of phenomena was to be investigated and researched. Subjects such as, paranormal attributes and the mechanics of the phenomena.

In 1996 SEP was launched - The Scientific Establishment of Parapsychology to conduct advanced studies of paranormal phenomena and parapsychological experiments.
